Leave room and place 4th and final head on altar. Enter third room and eventually collect 4th head from dead boss. Enter second room and eventually collect 3rd head from dead boss. Enter first room and eventually collect 2nd head from dead boss.
Enter Spirit Caves and loot 1st head from body near altar. When you finally place the 4rd headstone the quest completes and you may turn it back in to Samson. The 1st head is obtained from a nearby body around the Altar Simply complete 3 out of the 4 rooms/portals and gather the 3 addition “heads”.Ĭompleting the altar requires the three additional heads that drop from each of the end bosses.
